Who collects my data?

The Privacy Statement applies to ELARK | ELARK Administraties | ELARK Juridisch.

What personal data does ELARK collect?

ELARK processes personal data about you because you use our services and/or because you or your employer provide this data to us.

The personal data that ELARK processes are:

First name and last name
Gender
Date of birth
Place of birth
Address details
Citizen service number (BSN)
Telephone number(s)
E-mail address(es)
Other personal data that you provide to us in any way
IP address
(user) name on social media

Our website, social media and/or services do not intend to collect data from persons under the age of 16, unless with the permission of parent(s) or guardian. However, we cannot check whether a website visitor is 16 years or older. The data of persons under the age of 16 will be collected if it is passed on by the parent(s) or guardian for the purpose of tax returns.

Why does ELARK collect my data?

ELARK processes personal data for the following purposes:

To be able to perform our services;
Sending newsletters;
Handling payments;
To be able to inform you if necessary to carry out our services;
To be able to inform you if necessary about changes to our services;
To offer you the opportunity to create an account for our services;
To be able to deliver the services;
To comply with our legal obligations, such as data for tax returns and the provision of information to pension funds, pension insurers, absenteeism insurers and UWV; and
With regard to the data via social media to contact you, to answer the questions you ask via social media, or to hear your opinion

How long does ELARK store my data?

ELARK does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your personal data is collected. Our legal retention period is seven years.

Does ELARK share my personal data with others?

ELARK shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and/or our services and to comply with our legal obligations. We enter into a processor agreement with companies that process your personal data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your personal data, unless we have an exemption for this. ELARK remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, ELARK provides your personal data to other third parties with your express permission.

We place the following types of cookies:

Functional

Functionality cookies remember your preferences for the website, such as language preference, font size and other preferences.

Analysis

Analytical cookies are used to collect data about website visits, for example to track the number of visitors. This data is then used to improve the website. The basis for this is legitimate interest.

We collect data using Google Analytics and Google Signals. We only use aggregated data for this, or data that cannot be traced back to individual visitors. We do not use other Google services in combination with these cookies.

We do not share this data with Google. This means that Google processes this data, but may not use it itself, for example to improve its own Google services.

Can I view, change or delete my data?

You have the right to view, modify or delete personal data. You can send a request for access, adjustment or deletion to elias.altaeeno@elark.nl , stating “Personal data”. ELARK tries to invite you to come by for your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. We request that you bring a valid ID so that we can determine your identity.

Are my personal data protected?

ELARK takes the security of your personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
